Introduction
The S8000 in its i3200 build is a 2000 mm industrial dye-sublimation printer carrying sixteen Epson i3200 heads in a 2×8 array. It comes in two head generations on the same frame: the A1, and the second-generation A1-2, which lifts four-colour single-pass output from 600 to 800 m²/h. Media runs on a honeycomb suction deck over a tower support structure, driven by a magnetic-levitation system on THK soundproof double guides, with automatic ink feed under negative-pressure control and double-layer infrared hot-air drying. It is a three-phase machine on a 4100 × 2400 × 1850 mm footprint, sized for a dedicated production room rather than a corner of a shop.

- Jumbo roller with constant tension Large-diameter brushless rubber roller transfer with automatic tension adjustment per material, unwinder to Φ1000 mm and rewinder for ten thousand metres of three-stage tension media.
- Automatic negative pressure control Negative-pressure controller with reservoir and sensor holds accuracy within 0.02 kPa, unaffected by altitude or atmospheric conditions.
- Three-tier print head protection Three-tier protection plus one-touch intelligent print head washing and an automatic cleaning and moisturising component.
- Intelligent thermal cycle drying Front and back side drying controls media surface temperature, improving drying efficiency to keep pace with print speed.
